This spacious 3-room vacation apartment (approx. 100 square meters) is located in a country-style semi-detached house in a very quiet area. It is situated in the northern part of Westerland and offers plenty of space for up to four people. Book the upper vacation apartment, Ammerland 2, as well, and you’ll have room for 8 people.
Upon entering the first floor, which features a guest restroom, you’ll find the light-filled, spacious living room (flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, CD player) with a high-quality leather sofa set and a large dining area. Adjacent to this is an open, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, espresso machine (Nespresso), drip coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment)), where you’ll find everything you need. From here, you have access to the furnished terrace with a classic Sylt beach chair and a garden area featuring a built-in charcoal grill. A staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find the two double bedrooms (1x 200x200 cm / 1x 180x200 cm), each with access to its own bathroom with a shower. Underfloor heating is installed in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. One parking space is available at the vacation home.
