From the entryway with its coat closet, you enter the light-filled and spacious living/dining room, which features two inviting large sofas, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a dining area. From here, you have access to the south-facing terrace with a garden and seating. Here, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the provided Sylt-style beach chair. The first floor also features a shower room with a toilet, a separate, fully equipped kitchen (air fryer, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine), and an utility room with a washer and dryer. The stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The south-facing bedroom also features a wonderfully sunny balcony with matching furniture.
The luxurious bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet is also located on this floor. The third bedroom, located in the attic, features two single beds, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home. A parking space is available for you right next to the house. The vacation home also features a phone line with a flat rate for domestic landline calls and, of course, free Wi-Fi. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the garden shed. The beach is only about 550 meters away!



The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
