At “Villa Schoen” on Borkum, you’ll find a high-quality, modernly furnished vacation apartment with two separate bedrooms and a terrace with a garden. There’s plenty of space here for up to four people to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

On the first floor, you’ll find two separate bedrooms and a spacious living-dining area with high-quality seating and a cozy sofa arrangement. From here, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace and the house’s garden.
The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as various kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, and electric kettle), so you can easily prepare your own meals.
The vacation rental features a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet, and an infrared heater.

The two separate bedrooms in the vacation rental on Borkum are each furnished with a large double bed. All bedrooms feature large wardrobes and dressers, as well as a flat-screen TV. There is also a large flat-screen TV in the living area—a DVD player and a stereo system are available here for your entertainment.

“Villa Schoen” has all the amenities you need! There is a parking space for your car in front of the house. You can store your bicycles or strollers in the garden shed.

“Villa Schoen” is located in a wonderfully quiet setting, very close to Borkum’s beautiful South Beach—featuring two modern, high-quality vacation homes for four or eight people.

Enjoy Borkum’s beach and dune landscape to the fullest! In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the protected South Beach, which—with its numerous beach tents and beach chairs—is a dreamlike place to relax, especially for families. The four-legged members of the family are also well taken care of here—a separate section of the beach allows dog owners to enjoy a pleasant stay on the beach.

The “Villa Schoen” houses are in a quiet yet central location. Restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are just a few minutes away. Bicycle and hiking trails let you set out on excursions right from your doorstep. The beautiful Greune Stee Nature Reserve, for example, is very close by.

Borkum’s “Gezeitenland” water park, with its large sauna area, as well as the “Kulturinsel” in the spa gardens—featuring a great climbing park, occasional events, and movie screenings—are also fantastic places to visit. On the picturesque island of Borkum, you’ll be able to completely unwind!
