A cozy little vacation rental with a lovely balcony!<br><br>Welcome to our charming vacation rental, “Leekant.” This 20 m² apartment with a balcony is a cozy little place to fully unwind—perfect for your vacation as a couple or on your own. It features a combined living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a modern bathroom with a shower.<br><br>The living area of this Borkum vacation rental includes a cozy sitting area with a TV (cable), stereo system, and DVD player. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m.<br><br>The modern built-in kitchen allows you to prepare light meals. It is equipped with, among other things, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A toaster, coffee maker, and dishes are also provided. Thanks to the dining area by the window, you can enjoy a wonderful view outside right from breakfast! <br><br>A high chair is part of the standard furnishings. As is a hair dryer in the bathroom.<br><br>The balcony of the Borkum vacation rental is particularly lovely. From here, you’ll have a magnificent view of the lighthouse in the evening (this won’t disturb anyone trying to sleep). <br><br>The vacation rental has an internet connection (free of charge).<br><br>You’re welcome to bring a dog to our “Leekant” vacation rental on Borkum, but please limit it to just one small dog that can be carried if necessary.<br><br>Please understand that this is a non-smoking property.<br><br>Enjoy your Borkum vacation at “Villa van Harten” to the fullest. Many cozy cafés, restaurants, and small shops perfect for strolling are right in the vicinity. The Inselkino movie theater, the Borkum riding stables, and the “Gezeitenland” adventure and wellness pool offer additional leisure activities. <br><br>The island of Borkum is especially lovely to explore by bike. As you ride through the natural landscape—along salt marshes and dunes—you’ll be able to relax wonderfully!<br><br>The North Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Beautiful white sand, beach chairs, and sports activities make it a dreamy retreat. There are also other sections of the beach—such as a youth beach, a nudist area, and a dog beach.<br><br>Enjoy your vacation on Borkum to the fullest!
