Detached vacation home with a sauna, garden, fireplace, and modern furnishings in Se

A wellness vacation with a 100% relaxation guarantee!

Welcome to our “Ferienhaus Having” on Rügen! High comfort and plenty of space spread over two floors provide the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 adults and 1 child (up to about 2 years old).

The spacious living room (first floor) with a wood-burning stove and dining area invites you to spend relaxing hours here. Whether you’re sitting together, chatting, or watching a good movie—every wish is fulfilled here. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone. You can also retreat to the small desk for some privacy.

The kitchen is an open-concept kitchen with a freestanding cooktop. On the lower terrace, which adjoins the living room, there is a seating area with a view of the harbor. Also on the first floor are the bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and two sinks; a separate toilet; and a small utility room with a refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine.

In the attic of the vacation home, a light-filled living area with a glass roof leads to the two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as the house’s second restroom.
The upper living area offers a cozy spot where you can sit, read, play, or watch the clouds even on cooler days. A large glass door leads to the garden, which features a barbecue area and a wonderful spot for sunbathing. The view from the garden terrace stretches across the marina to the meadows on the opposite side.

A private sauna and a professionally equipped fitness room round out the living comfort. Ideal for relaxing after a walk on the beach! The flat-rate additional fee of €35.00 covers the final cleaning.

The rooms on the first floor are heated by underfloor heating; the bedrooms have electric radiators.

Two parking spaces are available for your use.

Note: The initial security deposit of 200 € will, of course, be refunded to you immediately after the final cleaning, provided the cleaning service finds no issues.
