The vacation rental is located on the outskirts of town, yet is only about 350 meters from the beach, which is an easy few-minute walk away.

On the first floor of the Schünemann family’s vacation rental is the living-dining area with an integrated kitchenette, a dining area that seats 4 people, a cozy seating area with a wood-burning stove, and access to the beautiful patio and garden.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a children’s room with beds for 2 people, a built-in closet, and a desk.

The loft is accessible via a ladder. There are two single beds here.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
