Confirmation required You must respond with I ACCEPT to the house rules, terms & conditions within 1 hour or the request will be deleted.
By making a reservation you agree to a non refundable processing fee of 4 % of the total reservation amount regardless of the cancellation policy.
For all non-Airbnb reservations, guests are required to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through our guest app, processed by our trusted protection partner, Truvi. The fee is US$7 per night, with a minimum charge of US$40 for shorter stays
