With unique furnishings and beautiful wood trim, this comfortable and easily accessible condo makes for a cozy vacation getaway. The living room features a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV with cable, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Take advantage of the full kitchen by cooking up a delicious feast for the whole family. Conveniently located across the street from the best amenities of Tahoe Donner, the Trout Creek Recreation Center has a game room, hot tub, gym, pool, BBQ area, sauna, and even basketball and tennis courts available! Please take into consideration that fees may apply for certain amenities.



What's nearby:

Tahoe Donner is the place to be for year-round vacation fun. Make the trip to Northstar (13.5 miles), Squaw Valley (13.8 miles), or Alpine Meadows (16.8 miles) resorts for a day of downhill skiing or snowboarding. Or, in the summer, take a short, scenic drive (less than 22 miles) to the shores of Lake Tahoe and one of the sandy beaches at Kings Beach or Carnelian Bay. Downtown Truckee is close by with shops, galleries, and restaurants for every taste.

Fantastic Location in Tahoe Donner

The highlight of this property is the easiest access to Trout Creek Rec Center for swimming, golf, and shuttle for Truckee Thursdays! You will be there in literally 2 minute walk. Comfortable furniture and beds. Will be back!

You call tell this owner loves this home. It is updated and have everything you need when not at your own home. I have been going there for years and will continue to come back!!! Give it a try. It's right across from the golf course, resturant, hiking and town. Who doesn't love Truckee!!!

Nice place but poor cleaning service

My family stayed at this place for a summer weekend getaway. Overall, this is a well-furnished place, but there are a few things that you might need to watch out for. Pros: 1. Nice furnishing. 2. The Trout Creek clubhouse is just across the street. Very convenient. My 2 yr old boy loved the kids pool and playground. Cons: 1. Cleaning condition is poor. When we arrived, there was empty beer bottle on the coffee table. There were used towels piled in the closet. And cups were full of grease. I can't believe they charge everyone cleaning fee for such a poor quality of cleanliness. The property manager from Vacasa offered to send a cleaning crew to correct this. We declined it as it would be too disrupting for our vacation. 2. Be aware that the single-car garage is really small. Can't fit my SUV. 3. The property gets pretty hot during summer time. We wanted to open the windows to let cool air in, but because it is located on a main road, it can be quite noisy at night.

A little slice of heaven!

This little gem is right across from the gold course, pool and hike area. This adorable condo has updated furnishings and so many cute, adorable bits of charm. Everything is seemingly new and updated and in perfect working order. Beds are new and so very comfortable, 10 minutes to town and a few very cool hiking trails withing another 10 minutes up the hill. Can't go wrong with this little slice of heaven!

Sweet stay with lots to do

The condo is listed accurately. It is right across the street from the clubhouse and sledding hill. It’s also really close the a great walking neighborhood. I would definitely come back.

Perfect sized condo. Check in process to open door was not clear,. Unit outfitted with everything we needed. Confusion over keyless entry verse lock box. We had to call VACASA to find out how to get into the unit. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be repaired. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a 2nd story unit of a 4-plex condo, clean and comfortable. The check in instructions on how to open the door were inaccurate but quickly address with a call. There was a water heater issue which was also addressed quickly with another call. So property managers were responsive. Otherwise, this unit was comfortable for a long weekend stay in the area.

Pretty but has issues

Three sisters and I booked this property for our annual sister's weekend. The property looked as it does in the photos; it was very nice and clean with comfortable bedding and living furniture. However, when initially entering the home at 1600, I noticed a powerful smell. I thought maybe it was a cleaning product, so I opened the windows and left the front door open to air it out. Once my sisters arrived, they noticed it as well. We decided to leave the property for dinner as the condo aired out. Despite having everything open, we returned about 2 hours later to discover the smell was just as strong as earlier. We called the helpline, in which we were directed to call 911 for a possible gas leak. During this time, we were told to wait outside of the building. The fire department showed up and inspected the condo. They did detect gas and told us we could go inside, but the "gas" man had to check out the exact cause. Thus we waited inside with everything wide open for the person to show up. It took him about an hour because he was in NorthStar with another job. After his inspection, he discovered a gas leak from the stove he stated to be a "hazardous condition." He instructed us that he disconnected the oven/stove and told us not to use the washer or dryer. The night was pretty much ruined because we had to deal with this issue all night. The smell finally went away in the morning, but now all of the electrical outlets on one wall in the kitchen did not work. So no stove or oven, no washer and dryer, no outlets, and the AC don't work. I was in contact with the manager throughout the above mentioned issue and I emailed the helpline, they told me we would receive a very small refund, so small my original review was declined because I included the dollar amount. Let’s just say our Uber was paid for. Yes, this property is clean, but I would not book this again. It was sweltering, the refrigerator was old and did not have an ice dispenser; they had ice-filled in trays in the freezer, but that went fast, and I do not want to make ice when on vacation.

Nice condo centrally located

We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe Donner. The condo is directly across the street from the Trout Creek Rec center and pool. The condo was also very clean and had a washer and dryer, which was nice. Overall, we had a nice stay and will book again. Ann and David

The perfect place!

This was the perfect place for our mini vacation! Comfortable yet stylish. Warm and cozy with just enough space to enjoy each other’s company. We would definitely stay here again.
