The Space:

This Sunriver home features a private outdoor hot tub, wood stove, complimentary SHARC access for 10, and plenty of space for that family vacation or central Oregon getaway for a few couples.



Just one mile from shopping and dining at the Village at Sunriver, this four-bedroom home is also less than one mile from the Sunriver Nature Center and the Oregon Observatory. And if its winter sports that bring you here, head northwest to the world famous slopes of Mt. Bachelor, just 20 miles from your front door. Also enjoy some complimentary fun in the central Oregon sun at the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), less than a mile away.



It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with one king master bedroom downstairs off the living room. The other bedrooms are upstairs with two king bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom and another bedroom with one set bunks and two built-in twins.



There is a large Smart HDTV in the living room and two additional TVs, two VCRs, DVD, a hot tub and bikes. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience.



Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

The listing said there was Air Conditioning, yet there was not Air Conditioning. We had 2 infants with us and specifically chose this Vrbo because it said there was A/C on the listing. Update the listing to accurately reflect No A/C. Otherwise, the place was great.

The SHARC center was within walking and bicycling distance. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The lack of air conditioning would be a problem in August because the bedrooms are upstairs. But there are fans provided. The bicycles in the shed were enough for our family of 8, from Grandparents to toddlers. Bring your own helmets. Lots to keep kids happy - a safe circle/culdesac to bike in, a very private hot tub, the Village nearby, bike paths all over, foosball and pool table, lots of games and some toys, books, movies…. The views of the woods from the many windows. It was quiet and so relaxing! Clean, comfortable recliner couches, a large enough dining room table, bathrooms can be accessed from every room, spices in the kitchen. We recommend it highly and would love to come back!!

This property was well located but unfortunately, the inside of this property is unkept, and can use a good deep cleaning. What we found that was not to our liking:1. Pots and pans with food still stuck to them. 2. Window treatments are covered with years of dust. The light fixtures are covered in years of dust and grease. 3. The small appliances don’t work properly. A couple of examples: the coffee pot overflows, the toaster only works on one side. 4. The bowls we used to make food in were dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinets. They had little worm weevils, larvae and dirt around the inside as if they had never been cleaned before.5. The cabinetry and paneling in this home is all unfinished so it is pretty soiled. Also, some of the paneling in the first floor bedroom has water stains. Things we liked were:1. The SHARC passes were great to have. The Sun River Homeowners Recreation Center has a great pool complex. 2. Walking distance to Sunriver Village: bakery, coffee shop, eateries, stores and children’s play area. Very family friendly resort area. 3. We went horseback riding which was fun. The Sunriver Stables are within walking distance. The photos of this property did not depict accurately what the property looked looked like. I would expect the property management company, Avari Management Oregon, to be on top of these things. The misrepresentation of the condition of this property was a big disappointment.Thank you, Lori B.
