The Space:

Beach Rendezvous is a charming, dog-friendly bungalow set up to be comfortable, beachy, relaxing, easy to cook in, and with many amenities to explore this amazing town. This home has been recently updated, but it has kept the timeless feel of a 1955 beach bungalow. Outdoor entertainment awaits at the fenced backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and your very own outdoor hot tub. It's the perfect spot for family barbecues and bubbly evenings.



The living room is another great place to gather with your loved ones–take advantage of the flatscreen 50' Smart TV and stream your favorite shows or series while snuggling up on the sofa with your loved ones. Feel free to plan a movie marathon! There's plenty of space to get comfortable and the kitchen will have your back when it's time to prepare snacks for the evening. Speaking of the kitchen, it's complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, that will make cooking a breeze. The dining table off the kitchen seats six and is ideal for family meals, but you can always dine al fresco.



There are three inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bunk bedroom is perfect for the kiddos–it boasts a large, 50' flatscreen Smart TV and a desk for remote schooling and working.

Dog-friendly

There is an active Ring video camera attached to the garage facing west toward the street.

There are beach supplies (wagon, sand toys, cooler with wheels, kites, etc) and four adult bikes available.

High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

We had a fabulous time here in Seaside! The house was absolutely perfect for us and our grandchildren. The kids room with the bunks was a huge hit. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you could imagine! It is just a short stroll to the beach access and even restaurants and a grocery store!We will definitely be booking here again. Thank you for a wonderful end of summer trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub was a wonderful bonus after long walks around town and the beach. The location was great - a nice walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the arcade in Seaside. We also loved that it was pet friendly, and the backyard felt secure for our dogs. It made for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Overall our four night three day trip was delightful. The home was on a quiet street with little to no traffic. It was a short walk to the beach. Just down the street were two small cafes. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We thought there was no BBQ spatula but found one under the placemats in a drawer.The backyard needed some TLC. There were blueberry bushes which needed water and fertilizer. The gas BBQ was in dire need of cleaning, which my husband did prior to leaving. He even lined the bottom with expensive aluminum foil we purchased. We also purchased dish sponges to wash pans with and saran wrap which we left.The host wanted the renters to remove shoes after a day outside exploring the lovely Seaside and beach. However, it would have been nice to have a washable indoor rug placed just inside the door to wipe our shoes on and the dog to clean her feet as well. There are several cotton looped rugs perfect for that very issue. Also, it would have been nice to have a swifter available with wet/dry cloths to clean the floors after a day at the beach. Instead the floors remained slightly wet and sandy despite leaving shoes outside. Finally, the front door is extremely difficult to open due to the moisture in the air. Finally, my husband fixed the main bathroom sink drain stopper...it had never been connected. He is an engineer and very handy.Thank you for the use of your home.

The inside was good except taking off shoes as asked meant dirty feet or socks. The outside looks run down except for a nice hot tub which I don’t believe was mentioned. A little more time spent fixing up the yard and replacing the rusted patio table plus heat registers would help. Also, couldn’t find a spatula and a few other normal kitchen items. Felt the price was too high for what we got. Pictures give a false look of bright open space. Definitely not the case. Wish I could give it a better review, but appeared that attention to important details wasn’t taken and we aren’t usually very picky. Managed to make the best of it and enjoy our time with our cousins from California. However, will not rent this again.

Difficulty accessing the lockbox near the front door but able to enter through the back. Host was was very responsive throughout. We've stayed here several times before and enjoy the close location to the beach.
