The Space:

A quaint and charming getaway awaits when you choose DnA’s Tiny Beach House as your home base. Never run out of fun activities to partake in as this vacation rental provides boogie boards, skimboards, fishing poles, a surfboard, and an ice chest! And, with the addition of a private hot tub, you can easily relax and unwind throughout your stay here! Go crabbing or fishing and make use of the crab traps, fishing poles, and a crab cooking stove to prepare the catch of the day.



The best of the central Oregon coast will be at your fingertips with a prime locale at the edge of Umpqua Lighthouse State Park and just two blocks from the harbor in Winchester Bay.



After fun-filled days, unwind for movie nights in the cozy living area. A full kitchen has all you need to prepare your favorite meals and beach snacks. Relax with a beverage in the fenced yard space, which also features a deck with a gas grill and seating. Added perks include baseboard heat, board games, and beach towels. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning.

The sleepy little beach town that goes “BRAAAP”

Wonderful two bedroom house perfect for our family including our dog. We spent four nights and had plenty to keep us busy with great restaurants within walking distance will likely return and definitely recommend.

tiny but functional

This is the second time we have stayed, and the place works well for the two of us. We were granted early check in which was great, because 4pm check in and 10 am check out times are pushing it. Also it would have been nice if there was propane for the bbq and the crab cooker.

Comfy little place

We would have rated 5-stars for this comfy, small place but the sheets in the top bunk were not clean (sand and hair). The home is nice, especially for the price. If your going to charge for a cleaning deposit better make sure the sheets are clean!

I may have misunderstood the description but while the adorable house is CLOSE to the beac it was not ON the beach. That being said, i would (already have) recommended to friends.

Cute but needs some maintainance

It was cute. Main bed needs some help. Maybe just a new matress. Bathroom fan switch is shorting out, it goes on and off. It is a bit of a trek to use grill, hot tub and fire pit. I really don't like having to go out the front door and around the house. Extremely inconvenient.

Nice, quaint little place with some catches

Worked out great for 4 people (One couple, a dad and his son). Had everything we needed and then some. A couple funky things tho- it doesn’t mention while booking that the hot tub is shared and evidently you’re only allowed to use it for 15 minutes per the rules posted outside by it?.. The owners have another guest house at the end of the driveway. Not sure if it’s just for their own personal use, or if it’s another vacation rental. Coincidently, they were staying there while we were there. Very nice people, but all of my party is weird with the potential of sharing a hot tub with random people. We used it a couple nights anyways, beat from riding all day, and we had it to ourselves. Driveway accommodated 40’ of pickup and trailer, but it’s snug width-wise, and the guests in the back will be walking beside your vehicle, to and from their place. Shower drain needs attention. Doesn’t stay open too well, so I used my toe to prop the lever up while showering. Nice front and back yard spaces for relaxing outside, staring at the stars. I’d stay again, knowing it’s a gamble with the hot tub sharing.
