Beautiful, sweet place. Would have liked a little later check out and struggled to get a hold of the host for check in.

Loved the hot tub. Great addition to the stay and a great temp. A nice hot tub. I would stay at this cabin again. Great location. Neighbors only on 1 side. We arrived at night so we did not get ti wee rhe ocean view until the next day. You can't see the ocean from this cabin but you get an amazing view if you walk to the bakery on site. You get pastries and a view. Loved that this entire resort is not in a town. You are not far from Brookings which has a fred meyer

We’re so glad to hear you loved the hot tub! It really is a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is special, isn’t it? We appreciate you mentioning the bakery nearby; those pastries paired with a view make for a perfect morning treat. While the cabin doesn’t offer an ocean view directly, we’re happy you found a way to enjoy the scenery. It sounds like you had a wonderful time, and we would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future.

Being relatively new to using air b&b's, once we got familiar with the process (finding instructions for heat/hot water & the tv), it was smooth sailing. I love the way the house was decorated (nautical theme). The dogs seemed to enjoy the place also. I couldn't take advantage of all the amenities, due to being older and having physical limitations. I would definitely come back and try the hot tub and gas stove for cooking. All in all, I think it was a good choice for us and the location was perfect.

Thank you, Janet, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found the house's nautical decor to your liking and that your dogs enjoyed their stay as well. It’s great to know that once you got the hang of things, your time with us was smooth sailing. We completely understand that navigating new spaces can be a bit challenging, especially when it comes to figuring out the amenities. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on making those instructions clearer for future guests. We’re excited to hear that you’re considering a return visit to enjoy the hot tub and gas stove! The location truly is special, and we’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay. Thank you again for choosing Avari, and we hope to see you soon!

Our host was very kind and accommodating! Loved the location! Soaking in the hot tub with the greenery was absolutely amazing!!! Also the proximity of town and activities was great for us. Loved hearing the stream in the background. Bummed about a couple aspects of our stay though: the worst was there was a ton of dust on the fan above the main bed (and that fan didn't work), there was a bunch of debris under the kitchen table, the kitchen fan sounded terrible, the lock kept glitching and not allowing us to enter the code, there was a patch in the bathtub that made me nervous to take a bath (which i had brought special bubble bath for) and the toilet was super low.

Thank you, Kara, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the location and the soothing hot tub surrounded by nature. It sounds like you had a lovely time soaking in the ambiance and the sounds of the stream. We genuinely appreciate your feedback about the areas that fell short during your stay. It’s disappointing to hear about the dust on the fan, the debris under the kitchen table, and the issues with the lock and kitchen fan. We take these concerns seriously, and we’re committed to addressing them to ensure a more comfortable experience for our future guests. Your comfort is our priority, and we’re sorry that the bathtub patch and the toilet height didn’t meet your expectations. We want every detail to enhance your stay, and we’ll work on improving these aspects. We hope you’ll consider visiting us again, as we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a flawless experience next time. Thank you for being such a thoughtful guest.
