We did miss the entrance to the parking area the first time around the block. The instructions for the t.v. were incorrect, but we communicated that to Tanisha and finally worked it out. The faucets in the bathroom are old type and gush out. We would have appreciated boxes of tissues in the bathrooms. Appreciated all the carriers for luggage when we arrived despite it being a busy weekend. All in all, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. North Shore Place is very attractive and handy for restaurants, the beach, etc. Thanks.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that, despite a few hiccups, you were very pleased with your stay and enjoyed North Shore Place’s convenient location. 😊 We apologize for the confusion with the parking entrance and the incorrect TV instructions. We’re glad Tanisha was able to assist and get the TV issue resolved. We also appreciate you bringing the bathroom faucets and lack of tissues to our attention—we’ll share these comments with our team for review. We’re especially happy to hear that the luggage carts were helpful, even during a busy weekend! Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to North Shore Place for another enjoyable visit. 🌴🏖️

Everything was great! The unit was updated and comfortable. The only small complaint was that we believed there were beach chairs and we found 2 kind of camping chairs and a pretty sad foldable chaise for the 4 of us. If we had known we could have brought our own. The master shower had some mildew around the door and could have been cleaned better. That's on the cleaning service. They were very minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely vacation in this unit again!

Already thinking about when we can come back. Great size, great location and had everything we needed. We loved the pool being right outside the door and also just being across the street from anything you could want or need.

Great location! Very clean and mostly well appointed. Bring your own beach towels!! We also packed a few Tide pods and dryer sheets, as well as a few extra zip loc bags and garbage bags that came in handy. There is a Walmart and a Sam’s on the island as well as numerous grocery stores if you need anything else. We bought breakfast food and coffee fixin’s to have in the unit and then we ate out for lunch and dinner, and or had leftovers the next day. Be sure to try Relish near Pope circle if you like Thai food!! Also great for lunch is Nectar, and Coast for dinner. Yum!!!
