We enjoyed our stay in HH Beach and Tennis! Great location and only steps to the ocean. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the couple of days we were there. Would definitely book again!

This was a beautiful condo, but unfortunately, this building was under construction for the length of our stay. The parking lot was full of huge storage pods, the hallways had construction barriers, trash and debris everywhere. Some of the stairs were closed at times and even the elevator was out of order by the end of our trip. There was construction noise every day, too. This would have been a great place to stay if it weren't for all the construction. I would have been more understanding if the owner had told me about the construction before we arrived or when we booked it.

The project is being carried out by the property/building and is unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we understand how the construction activity, elevator outage, blocked stairs, and debris impacted your experience. We had a great trip for the 4th of July! This was our first time in Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. The room had everything we could have needed for our trip.

Beautiful condo with ocean view access and convenient walk to the beach

This place was definitely updated and looked great. Having 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella with the rental was a really nice and unexpected touch!

This is an excellent property, especially for a long weekend at the beach. The unit is comfortable, clean very efficient and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the furniture was comfortable. It’s located in a prime spot for Ocean access and everything was wonderful despite the fact that there was rain off and on, and there was construction throughout the property.My only suggestion is to make it more clear on exactly which building in which unit you were to go to when you leave the check-in building and you get to admiral row, it’s very difficult to figure out which building, where to park, which entrance or which ramp is closest to the elevator and where is the roomin relation to that, etc. I was with a friend this weekend, but I just couldn’t help but think if I were with my mother who is elderly and my brother-in-law, who is unable to walk, it would have been very difficult, especially with the heat and humidity trying to figure out where to go. The buildings are large. At at one point, we were in a completely different building than we were supposed to be in, we got turned around , had to walk a long way to find the way out. We couldn’t find the elevator, etc. My suggestion was just create a better map or graphic to show exactly where the guests are supposed to go to find their unit.But this was the only thing that was wrong. Everything else was perfectly fine and we enjoyed it very much! Thank you for a nice weekend!
