The Space:

Beckenham 205 is a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath villa located in Port Royal Village. This home is on the second floor with no elevator in the building. It is a five-minute walk to the beach alongside the lovely Westin Hotel. It has a large living/dining area with a flatscreen TV and a sleeper sofa. The balcony is off the living room with ample seating to view the lagoon. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room.



Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a flatscreen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Last minute getaway

We booked this condo last minute and were so happy we found it. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo is as pictured with a well appointed kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for the family!

One of the best places our family has ever stayed out. Very spacious! Has everything you need to cook with, plus chairs and sand toys if you travel with kids. Easy walk to the beach! We will seek this rental in the future.

Nice place!

Very spacious and located in a quiet area. The walk to the beach with young kids took about 10 minutes.

Quiet and convenient

Good sized condo a ten minute walk to the beach. Great value for the money and an overall pleasant experience. Vacasa even brought us a hair dryer.

Accommodations were better than expected. The space was much larger than anticipated. Very convenient location to the beach.

Needs updates and deep clean

Great location! Property needs a major clean and updates. Bedding is dirty, mattresses are worn, furniture is uncomfortable and smelly.

June 2016 Stay

Had a wonderful time here! The villa was very well maintained with plenty of amenities! The beds were really comfy and we all loved the decor in each room. Had a great view of the lagoon and was close enough to the beach that it was an easy walk. The pool was large and located close to the villa. Goode Vacation Rentals are very accommodating and easy to talk with. Thanks for the great memories you've given us!

Peace and Quiet

This lovely condo is spacious for a two-bedroom place and nicely updated. It’s located in a quiet community - townhouses to the front and a golf course off the back and no through street. It had everything needed if staying in to cook your own meal or spend an afternoon playing games. This condo is situated between townhouses and a golf course, which means that it’s very quiet. If you want to stay in a place where you can really relax in peace and quiet, this is it!

Comfortable

We stay in the area frequently but never before at this property. It was smaller then we are use to but clean and quiet—we were upstairs. Downstairs neighbors clearly heard us walking around. Beds were comfortable and all appliances in good working order.

Great Trip

We travelled during April school break with our family, including children. There was plenty of space for our family, with the two bedrooms and pull out sofa. The unit was as pictured; spacious and clean. The booking, check-in/out process was a breeze and the service was great. We had to contact the property manager for a question about the unit during our stay and they went out of their way to answer our question very promptly and on a holiday.

Superb Hilton Head Townhouse

Our family visited Hilton Head and this property was better than expected and in a great location. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Separate climate controls for the 2 BRs was a special plus. Huge patio overlooking golf course and creek provided afternoon relaxation. Less than 10min walk to one of the best beach parks. Extremely quiet area yet a short 5 min drive to Publix or 15 min to main shopping/dining areas. Will definitely return.

VACASA Beckingham 205

Condo was ready for occupancy on the appointed time. Vacasa staff was very user friendly and answered all questions. I will return to use them again and would recommend others to consider them as well. Excellent job!

A Fishless Week

Place was nicely equipped with all the creature comforts except coffee which I really should not have counted on! Parking was fine. The only thing lacking was a nice Red Drum on our charter trip!

It was a mostly nice condo. I had to wipe something off the floor and the floor was pretty gross and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The dishes also didn't always seem clean but the overall of the property seemed clean and was nice. Very quiet and relaxed area. Check in and check out was seamless. There was one thing that was kind of a bit odd. Around 10:00 a.m. or so a real estate agent came with people to show the property. We were not told, and we were given no heads up so we're just kind of sitting around having our morning coffee. They showed up and that was definitely awkward because obviously all of our things we out and we were not given any notice. Other than that we did have a nice stay and I would go back.
