Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.



Things to know: There is a $150 per pet fee if you plan to bring a pet. Please let us know how many pets will be accompanying you so we can update your reservation accordingly. Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
