The Space:

Experience island living at its best here in Hilton Head and find yourself perched on the 18th fairway of Palmetto Dunes Golf Course. As soon as you enter this wonderful retreat, you will have no trouble slipping into relaxation mode with the natural light, high-end furnishings, and a wonderful galley kitchen with all of the appliances of home to whip up tasty meals after a day on the beach. When days heat up, the shared pool can be just the spot to tan all afternoon, or pickleball and tennis courts are available for a bit of friendly competition! When everyone returns home each evening, the covered deck offers outdoor seating to kick back as the sun goes down. Plus, unlimited entertainment will be easy to come by with multiple smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a large sectional in the living area!



Sitting less than a mile from the beach and within walking distance to all the amazing amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer—including the popular Palmetto Dunes General Store, bike rentals, restaurants, and more—you can easily rent a few bicycles or take a quick stroll over to the sand in no time. When you aren't playing a round of golf or relaxing by the pool, explore the nearby shops, dining, and entertainment options, or make your way down to the hustle and bustle of Coligny Beach Park where you can spend the day enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, local shops, and restaurants this area is known for. Beautiful villa in a great location

We loved our stay here! The villa was clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Very close to the Palmetto Dunes general store and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Would stay here again!

Warm and Welcoming Condo in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head

Loved the open space this Condo provided. Close to the entrance of Palmetto Dunes, easy access to many restaurants, close to the Beach and private area pool. Nicely decorated!

Spacious family condo

We were very impressed with the property. It’s a very spacious condo for everyone to have their own space. The location of the condo was perfect too. A bike ride to the beach. We had a great time & can’t wait to come back.

Great location, gorgeous villa, but dirty

The unit is beautiful and modern, with many practical kitchen amenities. The vila itself was unclean, the bedding and towels paper thin and scratchy, the master bed downstairs was not comfortable, but the Vacasa team was awesome!

well equipped !

large well equipped condo, would've given higher rating but the garbage area was gross- bins were full upon our entering and beginning the week- garbage was strewn everywhere, very gross. other than that, unit was wonderful!

Beautiful home in a great location

Our three-generation family enjoyed our stay in 30 Fazio. The home itself is nicely updated; the kitchen is my dream kitchen. It’s large, with tons of storage and supplied with every item you could ever need. The complex’s pool was large and clean. 30 Fazio is just a few minutes’ bike ride from the General Store and pickleball/tennis courts, and about six minutes from the Disney Beach House, where bikes and cars can park. This beach area was rather crowded in June, however. We had an issue with our AC, which was quickly addressed by VACASA manager Bill. We would definitely stay in this lovely property again.

Nice home. Beware of renting from VACASA.

VACASA customer service is terrible. The home itself was lovely but clearly VACASA doesn’t respect the owners because it is there responsibility for it to be both clean and maintained and walking in and seeing a dead roach on the floor was disgusting. Then the broken dishwasher which they did not fix. Clearly that meant that none of the dishes were clean to start with either which they should be even if you wash them again before using them!

Convenient For Large Family

A ten minute walk to beach and a restaurant. Fully stocked with moderate quality linens, kitchen & grilling equipment, and starter supplies. Pool is fairly small, always crowded and could use better cleaning. House bathtubs and shower curtains need a better cleaning, as does the deck (cushions soaked through for first 2 days there) and downstairs floors (lifted rugs reveal grit etc.) But not so fancy that you worry about kids damaging, which is good. Called for fuel and A/C and Vacasa very timely in responding.

Great place with easy beach access

The house was nicely remodeled and plenty of living and sleeping space. Great end unit and easy access to the beach - less than 5 minute bike ride! We loved being able to walk over bridge and be at Alexander’s and general store! The house was so nice and clean and equipped with everything! Loved having our dogs with us! Easy rental and would definitely rent again!

Large and close to the beach

This place is much bigger than we expected. It hosted our family of 5 comfortably. There are beach chairs for anyone who's curious. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk (we had little kids so it was more like 10 mins). Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were delighted when we walked into 30 Fazio. Cleanliness is most important to me. I’d never stayed at a pet friendly rental and wasn’t sure what to expect. The unit was very clean and the furnishings in very good shape. The unit was spacious and well equipped. It’s a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach as well as Alexander’s Wine Bar and Restaurant. Communication and customer service with Vacasa was exceptional. We are frequent visitors to Hilton Head and would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you for welcoming us and our dog.

Great location & personal space for everyone

We had a great visit to HHI & stayed at Fazio 30. Excellent location to Palmetto Dunes for dinner at Alexander’s, the general store & pickle ball courts. About a 1/2 mile from beach access if you want to walk but you can drive & park at the Disney Beach House as well. Unit was clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. Lots of room for my husband & I and our adult son to have our own space. Pictures & under furniture needs dusting but overall very clean & well stocked kitchen. Flat iron grill behind the unit that was great for grilling steaks & burgers. The back sliding glass door sticks & its heavy to close but I believe this is being addressed by home owner already. The very best part is that they accept dogs. This is the first time we’ve brought our two doodles to the beach (little celebrities on our daily walks) & it was such a treat to have them with us. Wonderful overall experience & great unit! Thanks!

Very spacious and nice!

The kitchen was amazing, all the rooms were very comfortable and big, the house was decorated amazingly! And we especially love the close proximity to golf and tennis courts!

The place was exactly as pictured! My family of 6 as well as my in-laws stayed for a week. The first floor master with bath was great for my in-laws. There were plenty to towels and extra pillows and blankets. We felt comfortable and at home. The location is great for biking to the beach and Shelter Cove. We will be coming back!

The house was very clean and very well stocked in a great location. We were only 1.5 miles from a Kroger. We loved Palmetto Dunes! The kids took good advantage of the trails and everyone took advantage of the private beaches. After going to the hustle and bustle of Coligny one days we really appreciated the private beaches! The only real negative about the house was the washer and dryer. The washer would sometimes stay on “sensing” and not start and the dryer took hours to dry often shutting off because the cycle had “finished” even though the clothes were wet. Without the washer dryer issues I would have easily rated this property a 5 star.
