Step into this freshly-furnished villa and feel right at home in its light and airy environment. The outdoor balcony is the ideal spot for a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoying cool ocean breezes in the evening. Rent a bike or or take a scenic stroll down the boardwalk for private resort beach access, but be sure to stop at Coco's on the Beach, a Tiki bar offering great food and drinks. Hilton Head is known for its many golf courses, so bring your golf clubs and practice your swings! Great place to stay

The condo was lovely. The furniture including the bed was comfortable. There were ample dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We enjoyed the location. It was easy to get around the island.

Clean and decorated nicely - had trouble getting into the unit but the manager got involved and resolved in a matter of minutes.

Wedding Weekend

The condo was just right for us to enjoy a bit of beach time and attend a wedding in Hilton Head. It was very clean and included great amenities. The only thing to make it better would have been a washer and dryer. The extras (beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest) made it easy to enjoy the short time at the beach with no stress packing it all!

Needs some work/updating

The entire time we had to input a ten digit code to access the condo. The key holder was jammed or broken and no one ever came to rectify. The kitchen floor is unfinished and hidden with a rug. I’ve stayed in much nicer at the same location.

Decent Condo, some Cons

This condo has pros and cons, I would have appreciated being aware of the cons before booking a 14 day stay, some of them made the visit quite challenging/uncomfortable. Pros: - condo is very close to the beach access point. Beach is beautiful, boardwalk nicely maintained - The condo does not have any carpeting which makes it easier to keep clean. It was relatively clean upon arrival - The kitchen is stocked well with plates, cups, cooking dish ware, etc. Cons: - the couch is broken, it cannot be sat on comfortably (it is completely sunken in, so you fall to the center/fall off if sitting in the middle) - The built in ice machine in the freezer does not work - The condo does not have a storage locker or beach wagon. This is very uncommon at this resort, as the long walk to the beach on the boardwalk requires a mode of transportation for your beach gear. Not having a locker or a wagon/other transport device was extremely inconvenient and resulted in us having to purchase a wagon, then store it in the condo (very sandy and overcrowded). The listing does not imply that there is a locker or wagon, but it is a detail that potential renters who are unfamiliar with the set up of the resort could miss, so I want to point it out. A locker cannot be rented even if you are willing to pay a fee (we asked, were told it is not possible) - The furniture in the bedrooms is not traditional bedroom furniture, so there are no dressers with drawers for unpacking.

Great Getaway

Perfect for the money!

This place is above what you should expect for the money. The check in process is a little confusing if you get in at night because of the limited number of stairwells and elevators. The attendant sent us to the parking lot on the right side of the resort. The next day we realized how much less we would’ve walked had she sent us to the left side parking lot. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. It’s a little dated, but again, great for the money. What was great about it was how close it is to the pool and the boardwalk. The amenities of the resort are outstanding considering it’s age and the cost. The two outdoor pools were sufficient, the boardwalk to the beach, while quite a walk, was very well maintained and allowed for some good bird/animal watching. The proximity to Shelter Cove shopping center made this an ideal location. I’ve spent more and had worse experiences. This is priced just right for the accommodations and amenities. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The walk to the beach was easy with the boardwalk right there and while a long boardwalk, you burned the calories from the drink at the tiki bar at the end! The only complaint was the beach chairs. There were three in the condo—one was perfect, one was for a small child, and one was broken. Chairs at the beach were $40 per day! That said, the chairs were far from a deal breaker! Alan the alligator visited two days right outside our deck. Really great view…quiet…convenient…comfortable. Thanks for a great week!

Comfortable and Clean!

As a family we have stayed at Hilton Head Resort on three different occasions. We enjoy the location of the community and the fact that it has an indoor pool is a huge plus since the weather can be unpredictable. This particular rental has been our favorite so far. The location of this home within the resort is fantastic, as it overlooks the lagoon - we spotted an alligator upon arrival! In addition, it was very well furnished with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. It was also extremely clean and well kept. We highly recommend this rental and will be adding it to our favorites!

Great stay and perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was a great space for our family of three. The condo was clean, kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed, and beds were comfortable! The location was convenient to the beach as well as shops for anything we needed nearby.
