Short walk to the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Excellent information was provided about the door lock and what to do if there were issues with the lock. The complex was clean also and the complex pools and common area were nice

Very cute and convenient condo. We loved the proximity to the beach and the interior of our unit was very cute, clean, and well equipped. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, loved the washer and dryer and the beach supplies were also very convenient. The overall property was a little dated and common areas could use some maintenance (stairwells, pool area) but overall a really nice place and a great value. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay would definitely come back!

Our top-floor unit at Fiddlers Cove was clean and nicely updated. We appreciated the extra towels in the bedrooms and the kitchen with all of the key essentials to prepare some simple meals while there. The AC was running when we arrived and the place remained cool and comfortable. The bedrooms are small but workable. While we were always able to get in and out through the gated entrance by using the intercom workaround, the access ID card issued us by Fiddlers' security had a QR code that refused all attempts at scanning. They could lighten their own staff's load and improve the customer experience by issuing a functional access card.Finally, I would add that all of the lightbulbs in the unit are 'Day light' Leds and therefore shine a commercial white brightness. Some 'soft white' Leds can surely be used instead, especially for lamps as they cast a more natural color.

The unit was clean and pretty well stocked with what you might need. Note that this is on the 3rd floor and may not work well for elderly or small children. The top floor is really of no benefit as there is no great view to see. The “five minute” walk to the beach is inaccurate. I timed it myself and was at least 10-12 mins. You have to leave the complex and walk down a residential road, key in a code and then a considerable walk out onto beach. I wouldn’t want to stay there longer than 1-2 days. Queen bed not comfortable and stairs were too much!

The unit itself was nice. It was clean, had enough space for our family of four, and even had some bonus beach items for guest use. But two things about the stay helped me decide we wouldn't book here again.1. The 4:00 check-in and 10:00 check-out seems unreasonable to me. Especially the check-out. By 8:30 in the morning, there was a large bag of linens and toiletries near the front door. The message to me was, "Thanks for your business. Now get out." 2. "Beach access." Getting to the beach meant walking to a gate on the property, crossing Folly Field Road, walking through a neighborhood, through another gate, then across the dunes. In all, it's close to half a mile. If you're lugging a bunch of beach stuff with kids along for the walk, it's easily 15 minutes. If you're in Hilton Head to golf and occasionally walk over to the beach, this would probably be a good spot (if you're willing to check out at 10). If you're looking to go to the beach often, I don't recommend it.

We loved our stay at 2K (Fiddlers Cove)!!! Place was clean, updated and we felt at home! My kids loved the pools and bike paths. Close to the beach, stores and great restaurants. Looking forward to our return visit😊

Beach getaway

Property was quiet and had a good location for us with easy access to the beach. It was great to have access to games and beach equipment, there were even a few movies in there. The amenities were great with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. There was some dust in a few places but the management offered to make it right for us, we just took care of it but they were very apologetic. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, thanks for making our vacation easy!

Extended weekend stay

5 minutes walk to the beach! Condo is newly updated and has everything a family of 4 (big kids) will need. Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed for cooking and eating in. We had more than enough towels and beds were very comfy. We've been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this was the cleanest condo we've ever been to Hilton Head by far!

Our Stay

The accommodations in the unit were great. The only issue for us was that it was on the third floor, which I didn't think about when booking it. Being 65 years old, it mattered when hauling luggage and groceries up the stairs in the heat. Also the carpeting in the stairways need to be tended to. Other people/guests smoking on their balconies kept us from being able to enjoy the outdoors on ours!

The condo was lovely and we love Fiddler’s Cove and the area and have stayed at that facility for many years. But the Vacasa Services was terrible and so I will not rent another place where Vacasa is the service to contact. They did not respond to us on several occasions and when they sent a young lady out to help she had no idea what she was doing and my husband had to fix it. Problem with the 3 TV’s, needed light bulbs and the dryer wasn’t working properly. I much prefer contact with the owner and they have a contact person to deal with which is what we normally have when renting.

Nice place!

This unit was clean, had everything it said it would such as kitchen utensils and towels, and it was easy to book with decent communication. We didn't get the email we were supposed to the day of arriving so I called at 3 pm check in was at 4pm( the email when we booked said all the info email will arrive the day of arrival between 7-9am) she emailed me everything after the call and all was well. I got a text from them at 1am asking how our stay was lol! For what ever reason there timing was a little off. Over all it met our needs as we were there very little as we were visiting friends that were staying ocean front where we spent most of our time! Would stay again!

The area is beautiful and clean. Parking at the development is reasonable and getting through the gate is simple. 2K is on the third floor of the building so prepare for steps. The walk to & from the beach is tolerable, but a little sketchy after dark. Very little lighting and secluded areas made us hesitant to allow our teenage girls to go to the beach alone at night. the private beach access doesn't add any convenience. In fact, the public access is far better for getting on & off the beach, especially if you're carrying or pulling items.
