The Space:

Adopt the island lifestyle and experience everything Hilton Head Island has to offer here at Island Club 1305. Perched on the northern end of the island, you will be surrounded by pristine golf courses, shopping, and dining mere minutes from your front door. Not to mention, the shared pool, hot tub, and five access points to the sugar-white sand will allow you to stay close to home base all day long.



Inside, this dreamy escape will spoil each lucky visitor with coastal decor, a wonderfully open layout, and ample furnishings for all to kick back in comfort after a day of excitement. When mealtimes come around, the culinary-inclined guests will be glad to hop into the full kitchen featuring all of the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for any recipe. Settling down for the night will be a breeze with the private balcony providing a perfect place to sip a cocktail and the flatscreen TV in the living room complete with streaming capabilities. Need to get a bit of work done while away? No problem. The high-speed WiFi has you covered for checking emails, attending Zoom calls, and more.



There is nothing quite like an island escape, so what are you waiting for? This gem won't be available long!

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

We had a wonderful time in this clean and comfortable home! We love the quiet atmosphere, nearby beach and access to bike paths and nearby pickleball courts. Great place to come rest with friends!

Relaxing vacation

My family of 5 very much enjoyed all this place had to offer. The condo was clean and have everything we needed to feel at home. The amenities were just right and the beach was perfect.

You will not be disappointed in booking this condo. It roomy, well decorated, ALL kitchen needs you may require during your stay are provided. It comes with lots of beach toys, two beach chairs, games for night times and books of all genres for rainy/lazy days.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/pots/pans/etc. The location was great. We used many of the beach supplies available at the condo.

Perfect location at HHI

Condo is a perfect base for a week of relaxation, nature, biking and delicious dining. Kitchen has everything to make a full dinner, plus comfy beds, great WiFi, TVs and good beach chairs/stuff complete your vacation home. We will be back.

Nice Place

The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach and close to many golf courses. The only issue was the refrigerator had not been cleaned and the welcome packet for check-in was not in the box where it should have been leading to extra calls to access the unit.

Comfortable condo on the beach

This is gated beach-front complex. The condo is very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of kitchen utensils for any case. Highly recommend for everybody, who loves Hilton Head Island.

Excellent Condo, Beach and Location!!

We brought so many items from home that we didn't need not realizing that this condo had everything! It was very clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with top notch new appliances. Its so nice to find a place that has it all...beachfront, great pool and very private beach.Hopefully we'll be able to stay there again next year.

Overall location was great.. short walk to the beach. Something could be updated like the master and living room tvs. The guest room has the smart tv. More then enough room. Supplies for the beach was there, which was awesome. Great place to recharge

Great condo!

We have two kids under age 6, and this condo was a perfect fit for our family. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and the best part was a great cart to haul everything to the beach! The kitchen was clean, and cabinets and drawers were all labeled with contents which was much appreciated. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Bathrooms were also very clean. We will definitely come back to 1305!

This is a great condo with many amenities! The Island Club has a gym, great tennis facilities, and an awesome pool!

Home away from home

We loved Island Club 1305. Great location, beautifully decorated and updated, and many amenities just like home. A Keurig, Pool towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, extra blankets and bedding along with many items in the kitchen that made our stay like home away from home! The entire Island Club property gave my family the best HHI vacation! We will definitely stay here again and choose 1305 if it is available in the future. They also give you many items to start your vacation if you don’t run to the store right away such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish tabs, etc. The owners have all of the cupboards labeled in the kitchen and even have a container in the master bath with extra toothbrushes, toothpaste and a few other items in case you forgot something. There was also a hairdryer in the drawer of each bathroom if you forgot yours or need more than one. You have a side view of the ocean, but even having coffee on the balcony was peaceful with the trees and other vegetation that grows on that side of the property. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay!!

We were extremely happy with our condo stay. It was better than expected! We appreciated the attention to detail and the place was very clean, immaculate! We felt very comfortable and at home there. The owners have done an amazing job and the little extras like coffee pods and labels on everything made this condo one of the best we have stayed in. The resort was beautiful & walk to the beach was short. We would love to come back again soon!

Great stay

Vacasa staff was very friendly. Very easy walk to the beach and a nice, quiet living community. The apartment itself was fantastic. It was clean, in order, and working except for one light switch that is being fixed. The only downside to this apartment is the view of the beach from the balcony is very hard to see since it doesn’t directly face the coast. Overall a great experience.
