The Space:

Mini Lake House is a cosy tiny house designed for guests who want to slow down and reconnect with nature without giving up modern comforts. Located right on the shores of Lake Giłwa in the Warmia region, it offers beautiful lake views and a peaceful setting all year round.



The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The mezzanine features a comfortable queen size bed, while the living area includes a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. Air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable stay in every season.



The spacious private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a book or watch the sunset over the lake. You will also find a hammock, a barbecue and a unique Balinese style outdoor shower.



Guests can use the complimentary SUP board to explore the lake from the water. Kayaks, pedal boats and small boats are also available for rent nearby. Lake Giłwa is well known among anglers and offers excellent fishing opportunities, including whitefish.



Whether you prefer active days on the water or quiet evenings surrounded by nature, Mini Lake House is the perfect place to relax and recharge.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire tiny house, the private terrace and the surrounding outdoor space.



Free parking is available on the property. A barbecue and a complimentary SUP board are available throughout your stay. Children's toys, colouring books and balls can also be found inside the house.



Guests may also enjoy the private hot tub. If you would like to use it, please let us know in advance so it can be prepared before your arrival. The preparation fee is 100 PLN.



Children may use the SUP board and hot tub only under adult supervision.



The Neighborhood:

Mini Lake House is located on the edge of a forest, just a one minute walk from a beach on Lake Giłwa with two public piers. Please note that the pier located directly next to the house is not safe to use.



The area is surrounded by forests and lakes, making it perfect for walking, cycling, fishing and relaxing in nature. During the summer season you will also find nearby bars and casual restaurants serving local food.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach the property is by car, and free parking is available on site.



The surrounding area is best explored on foot, by bike or from the water. You are welcome to bring your own bicycles, or you can rent kayaks, boats and pedal boats at nearby Letnisko Zalesie.



Other Things to Note:

The house includes books, board games and toys for children.



Fishing enthusiasts are welcome to bring their own equipment and enjoy fishing on Lake Giłwa.



Please do not use the private pier next to the house, as it is currently out of service. The public beach and safe piers are only about a one minute walk away.
