The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building (6 units) and is accessible via stairs. It is situated in a residential area and features a terrace with a view of the sea and a small garden. The idyllic town of Rabac, with its charming harbor promenade, invites you to take walks and linger in the many cafes and restaurants. The beaches and the crystal-clear sea are only about 600 meters away. Small shops for daily necessities, a post office, ATMs, a bakery, and small boutiques and stores are located in town. Larger supermarkets and gas stations can be found in Labin, 5 km away.
Parking is available in front of the house. Near the house, there is a children’s playground and a sports field for soccer and basketball.
The nearest airports are in Pula (43 km) and Rijeka (91 km). A car is necessary to explore the area and do larger grocery shopping in Labin.
