At the end of the village of San Marcello, a small path leads to the vacation home. The house features a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a separate living room, 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds (10 beds), and 3 bathrooms. The beautiful garden has a very large 12 x 6-meter pool. Secluded location between two well-known wine-growing regions, approx. 1 km from the center of San Marcello (supermarket), in the province of Ancona; Jesi is approx. 8 km away, Senigallia 20 km, the airport 20 min., and the beach/sea 30 min. The house is in a completely secluded location and offers a breathtaking view of the stunning Marche countryside. On the first floor is the kitchen, completely renovated in 2021, featuring a SMEG gas stove, an American-style refrigerator, a dishwasher (Miele), a Nespresso coffee machine (including a milk frother), and a spacious dining area! The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon. Also located on the first floor is the large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and a Miele washing machine. The staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the living room with a huge TV, a pellet stove, and a cozy sitting area. There are also 5 separate bedrooms, each with its own entrance and equipped with box-spring beds. There are also two additional bathrooms on the first floor, each with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and there are Dyson Coolers for the remaining rooms. All rooms have fly screens so that the windows can remain open even at night. For the winter months, there is gas heating as well as a cozy wood-burning stove for the living room and the large kitchen. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2021.
