Casa Leyre is a very modern townhouse, completed in 2020 and tastefully furnished, located between Conil and Fuente del Gallo.

The first floor features a spacious living-dining area with an extremely comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6 people, a modern, open-concept kitchen equipped with all the amenities, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm).

The living area opens onto two furnished terraces. The terrace at the back of the house includes the pool area. The swimming pool measures 4 x 3 meters. It can be fenced off as needed for the children’s safety.

On the first floor are the two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 cm), and the second has two single beds (90 cm each). All bedrooms feature built-in closets.

From a balcony, a spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding area all the way to the sea.

The house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, which ensures comfortable room temperatures year-round.

Location: Casa Leyre is located in a new development area between Conil and Fuente del Gallo. The sandy beach at La Fontanilla is just a few minutes’ walk away, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk into town. A large supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

During the winter months from November through March, heating costs are billed separately.
