This approximately 52-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. From the balcony, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. On cooler days, you can relax in the cozy sunroom. The living room has tile flooring and features an upholstered sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV.
The open-concept kitchen, complete with a cooking island and dining area, is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The dining area seats four people.
One of the bedrooms features a double bed (two standard mattresses), a nightstand, and a closet for your clothes. The second bedroom has a single bed, an additional fold-out bed, a desk, and a chair.
The bathroom features a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet.
Smoking and bringing pets are permitted in this apartment. In the summer, you can let your four-legged friend run free on the designated beach sections. From early October through late March, all beach sections are open to dogs.
