Cozy half of a historic house in Husen (built ca. 1860), featuring a traditional thatched roof, with approx. 160 m² spread over 2 levels (first floor, upper floor) for up to 5 people (recommended occupancy: max. 4 adults). Situated in an idyllic and peaceful natural setting in Poppenbüll on the Binnendeich. This vacation home is particularly notable for its picturesque integration into the natural surroundings and its view into the distance. One dog is welcome upon prior notice.

Separate kitchen in the entryway with every conceivable amenity (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a kitchen island with two bar stools, and a table with 3 chairs. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the furnished garden terrace facing east with a view over the marsh meadows.

Separate dining room with a dining table, cozy benches, and an armchair, seating a total of 7 people. The dining room features a B&O sound system.

Living room with a sofa set and TV (satellite) with a Blu-ray player and Bluetooth sound system.

1st bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), built-in closets, two armchairs, a desk, and a chair.
2nd Bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), built-in closet, and two rocking chairs.
3. Bedroom (enclosed, accessed via the 2nd bedroom) with a single bed (80x200 cm), closet, and shelves.

1st bathroom (bathtub bathroom, on the first floor) with a bathtub featuring a handheld showerhead, toilet, hair dryer, and natural light.
2nd bathroom (shower room, on the upper floor) with a shower and toilet.

Hallway on the first floor with a coat rack and a very steep staircase leading to the upper floor. The hallways of the two apartments in the house are separated by a lockable sliding door. Small hallway on the upper floor.

The apartment includes a second terrace (sun deck) in the garden, a freestanding beach chair, and a parking space in front of the house. A high chair is available for free use. The beautiful, large garden property is available for shared use. Free Wi-Fi.

Bed linens are provided. Towels can be booked as an add-on. Smoking is not permitted.

NOTE: Barbecues and open fires are prohibited due to the thatched roof. Very steep stairs to the upper floor.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
