The home was clean, roomy, and centrally located, which made everything so convenient. Communication was easy, the house was adorable, and we really enjoyed the relaxing outdoor space. The fresh chocolate chip cookies waiting for us were such a sweet and unexpected touch! We rented the home for out-of-town guests attending a family wedding, and it worked out perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Om værten
Vært: Neile Anderson
Hi! I’m Neile, your host. I’ve spent more than 30 years working as an educator, and creating welcoming, supportive spaces has always been a big part of my life. After many years in education, I decided to begin a new adventure by opening “The Blue Door Cottage” to guests.
I’m also a proud mom to two wonderful daughters and a grandma to my grandson and granddaughter, who bring so much joy to my life. Family means everything to me, and I’ve tried to make this home feel like the kind of place where families, friends, and travelers can relax, connect, and feel comfortable.
My goal is for every guest to feel welcome and at home during their stay. Whether you're visiting for a family gathering, an event in town, or just passing through, I hope you enjoy the comfort and charm of this home as much as I do.
Thank you for choosing to stay here!
