Welcome to `The Tilghman Beach Retreat,` your sun-drenched home away from home in North Myrtle Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for your next family-friendly coastal getaway.

The bright, inviting living area is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out onto your private screened porch—the ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail—which overlooks the sparkling resort pool and tennis courts.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It features:
* Refrigerator

* Children`s dinnerware and basic cooking supplies

* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in, including a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and trash bags. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* First Floor Convenience: The condo is located on the first floor, with easy access via elevators.

* Parking Restrictions: Per Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club HOA guidelines, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking area.

* Rental Agreement & Damage Protection: To finalize your reservation, you must complete our required rental agreement within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages. No security deposit is required.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

Building 12 will undergo a walkway refurbishment project on these approximate dates:
3rd floor - Oct 5 - 25
2nd floor - Oct 26 - Nov 7
1st floor Nov 9 - 21 (The Condo`s floor)
These are approximate dates as its all dependent on weather and materials
Please expect the possibility of narrow walkways and potential noise during the daytime hours and this project is already priced into the nightly rate (No Refunds will be given)

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Self Check-In:
Keypad entry; code provided prior to arrival

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please respect neighbors and resort guests)

No Smoking or Vaping:
Inside the condo or on the balcony. A fee will apply for violations.

No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed per resort policy.

No Parties or Events:
This condo is for registered guests only.

Maximum Occupancy:
Follow listed guest limits for comfort and safety.

Pool & Amenity Access:
Only registered guests may use resort amenities. Wristbands must be worn if required by the resort.

Parking:
Park only in designated resort areas. Parking passes must be visible at all times.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security:
Ensure doors are locked when leaving the condo. Report any issues immediately.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
