The living area is furnished with a leather couch, dining area, cabinets, TV, CD radio, and access to the southwest-facing terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and standard kitchen appliances.
The bedroom features a double bed, a built-in closet, a dresser, and a furnished balcony. Blackout curtains are provided.
The second bedroom, located in the basement and featuring a skylight, is furnished with two sofa beds (each sleeping two people), a wardrobe, a TV, and an armchair.
Each floor has a bathroom with a shower, except for the first floor, which has only a guest restroom with a washing machine.
Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has tile flooring. Parking is available on the property. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. No pets allowed.
During the renovation, care was taken to use low-VOC paints and materials to ensure a healthy indoor environment. All bedding is made of microfiber and is suitable for people with allergies.
