🎱 Full-size pool table that converts into air hockey, Wii, board games, and a premium sound system throughout, because there's always something to do indoors, no matter the weather.

🍳 Gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious countertop, and a large dining table that brings everyone together for a proper mountain meal.

🛏️ Four bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, with blackout blinds in each room for the restful sleep everyone deserves after a full day on the mountain.

💧 Humidifiers are available throughout the house, because the mountain air at this altitude is drier than people expect.

⚠️ This home does not have air conditioning. Summer temperatures in Summit County are mild, and the home is cooled with ceiling fans and open windows.

No matter the season, Summit County has something extraordinary waiting for you just minutes from your doorstep.



❄️ Winter here is so much more than just the slopes. Yes, you can ski or snowboard at Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, or Vail, all within 35 minutes. But you can also lead your own team of Alaskan huskies across alpine meadows, snowshoe through the deep forest to a hidden waterfall, tub down groomed runs at Frisco Adventure Park, rent fat bikes for a ride on a snowy trail, or lace up your skates at one of the largest outdoor ice rinks in the country, located right on a frozen lake at 9,300 feet.

☀️ When the snow melts, the fun simply changes shape. Explore hiking or biking trails that wind through wildflowers and golden cottonwoods, fish for brown and rainbow trout on the Blue River, one of Colorado's premier gold medal fishing spots, rent a kayak or paddleboard on Dillon Reservoir with mountain peaks in every direction, or play golf at the Raven Golf Club in Three Peaks, at 9,000 feet, with some of the most spectacular views in the state. End the evening with a guided horseback ride or a dinner wagon tour through the Keystone countryside.
