We enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and creating memorable experiences with family and friends. We especially love animals, nature, gardening, kayaking, and exploring new places. When we’re home, you’ll often find us enjoying the Florida sunshine, relaxing by the pool, or spending time with our animals.
We also love music and the arts—our family has been involved in the music industry for generations. Most of all, we enjoy making our home a beautiful, comfortable place where people can relax, have fun, and spend quality time together.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—close to everything Orlando has to offer, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. We loved being just minutes from Disney while coming home to a quiet residential setting with beautiful water views and plenty of space to unwind.
The location also makes it easy to enjoy restaurants, shopping, golf, and all of Central Florida’s attractions without feeling like you’re staying in the middle of a busy tourist district. After a full day at the parks, there’s nothing better than coming back, relaxing by the private pool and spa, and enjoying the Florida sunshine. It’s exactly the kind of place we would want to stay when visiting Orlando, which is why we chose it.

What makes our home special is the combination of space, privacy, resort-style amenities, and an incredible location near Disney. This is not simply a place to sleep after visiting the parks—it’s a home where families can genuinely enjoy their vacation together.
The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, including two king primary suites with direct access to the pool area, making it especially comfortable for multiple families or generations traveling together. Kids have their own memorable spaces with Harry Potter and Disney-themed bedrooms, while the game area offers arcade games, a pool table, and karaoke.
Outside is one of our favorite parts of the property. Guests have a private screened pool and spa overlooking the water, with plenty of room for outdoor dining and relaxing. There’s no rear neighbor directly overlooking the pool, giving the space a much more peaceful and private feeling than many vacation homes in the Disney area.
We’ve designed the home to feel upscale but comfortable, with thoughtful extras such as a grill and EV charging. And despite the relaxing setting, you’re only about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, with restaurants, shopping, golf, and Central Florida attractions close by.
For us, the biggest difference is that this feels like a real Florida vacation home rather than a typical rental—a place where you can spend an entire day by the pool, enjoy evenings together, and make the house itself part of the vacation.
