• Private 1 Bedroom unit (one of 3 nestled together) in Carolina Beach
• Just 3 blocks to the beach

• Bed linens and bath towels provided!
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Five-minute walk to the public beach access and the Carolina Beach boardwalk with great restaurants, coffee, ice-cream, an arcade, and more!

🔏 Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

Great place to stay for the weekend! The property is right next to downtown and a few minutes from everything. The screened in porch is great for a dog as well.

Great location and a very comfortable, clean interior. The only downside was the screened-in porch—it was quite dusty and dirty and could have used a thorough cleaning.That said, I would definitely stay here again and hope it's cleaned a bit better next time!

Close to boardwalk and beach. Like 10 minute walk if even. We had scooters so we zipped over in no time. Pet friendly was a plus as our little chonk loved her first trip to beach! Communication was clear and perfectly timed. Loved the screened in porch to slip away from the bugs when needed and the outdoor shower! Great little place located in a triplex, middle unit. Food options very close. Publix and Food Lion all very close as well.

The Wee Bungalow was a perfect spot for us with our dog. It was our first time visiting Carolina beach. The location is great for walking to beach, restaurants, shops, and even found a local gym. The Bungalow is simple but has everything we needed...to cook a few simple meals, comfortable bed and sofa. The screened in porch is nice for the dog and to leave beach gear. It was also nice having the outdoor wash station and shower to rinse off. This place also offers washer and dryer which was nice as well. There are 2 other Bungalows on the location but enough space you feel like you have a private area. We woukd definitely stay here again.

The pictures on VRBO were very deceiving, much smaller than I thought. There could have been more towels provided considering we were there for five days. Second day after arriving we found two cockroaches, my wife went crazy. Maybe you could use some pest control. The location, however, was perfect. Close to everything we needed.

We understand that a space can sometimes feel different in person depending on expectations. Regarding the towels, we would have been more than happy to provide an extra set if we had known you needed them. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry amenities available in the unit, particularly for longer stays. As for the pest sighting, we wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. Guests sometimes encounter water bugs, which are native to the area and can occasionally come indoors due to weather conditions. The property is regularly treated by professional pest control, and we’re always happy to arrange an additional visit if needed. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and we hope to host you on better circumstances next time.
