If you love taking a break in unspoiled nature and are looking for a particularly picturesque and extraordinary place of tranquility, our houseboat at the outer pier of the Pölich Marina is the perfect choice for you. You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the forest and vineyards. Enjoy a unique vacation with plenty of great sports and cultural activities in the area. The houseboat:

living-dining room (dining table with 4 chairs) with open-concept kitchen, comfortable large sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV
1 bedroom with a double bed and floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, 1 bedroom with a double bed, closet, and porthole window
Bathroom with shower, sink, illuminated mirror, designer radiator, and luxury toilet
All rooms have privacy and sun protection in the form of pleated blinds and drapes on the front windows. All porthole windows also have an integrated insect screen.

A two-step staircase leads from the dock into the houseboat. The rooftop terrace is accessible via a stainless steel spiral staircase.

New: Starting in 2025, the houseboat will be moored year-round from January through December at the outer pier of the Pölich marina.
