The sauna is open on weekends and holidays from 08:00 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 21:30, with separate hours for women, men, and mixed use. The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance on 02.11-13.11.2026, and 01.11-12.11.2027. The on-site sauna provides cozy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the attached swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your vacation laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a space for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbor of Niendorf is just 400 meters away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and a bakery is also nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 meters away in the town center or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 meters away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighboring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park amusement and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is definitely a lot of fun and well worth a visit.
