The apartment is located right near the town center. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the Dünenmeile, where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options that invite you to take a leisurely stroll.


This modern, bright, and light-filled 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and features a south-facing balcony with an electric awning. It accommodates up to 4 people. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable box-spring sofa (1.50 m x 2.00 m), cable TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, a safe, and a dining area for 4 people.
From here, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, where you can relax and wind down at the end of the day. The built-in kitchenette, complete with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, rounds out the amenities.


The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) featuring an electric slatted frame. There is a second TV in the bedroom, as well as a wardrobe. The bright bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and a toilet.


The building has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase. However, due to the slope, this staircase cannot be navigated with an e-bike.
A free parking space is available at the building (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).


Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
