The Residenz Laguna was built in 2003 and is one of the most beautiful vacation apartment complexes in Kühlungsborn. The entire complex is characterized by modern seaside resort architecture featuring Mediterranean design elements, columns, and arched doorways, as well as a unique water garden landscape that gave the property its name. The building is recognizable from afar thanks to its beautiful domed tower.
On cold days, you can warm up in the on-site sauna with a relaxation room and outdoor area (for a fee/coin-operated). Did you spill something on your favorite outfit, or perhaps you didn’t bring enough changes of clothes? No problem: A separate laundry room is available with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A spacious bike storage room is provided for bicycles. Each apartment comes with one free underground parking space. You can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

MEDITERRANEAN-STYLE 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH TERRACE - BARRIER-FREE AND WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE
This bright, Mediterranean-style 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Laguna Residence and is barrier-free. The wheelchair-accessible vacation rental offers space for 2 to 4 people across 75 square meters. The open-concept living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa (converts to sleep 2 people), a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. From the living room, you step out onto the west-facing furnished terrace with a view of the Kühlungsborn city forest. The fully equipped kitchenette is directly adjacent to the living area. The countertop is wheelchair-accessible. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and many other useful appliances you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. The first bedroom features a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious closet; the second bedroom offers two single beds (100 cm x 200 cm) and a small closet. The tiled, natural-light bathroom is wheelchair-accessible and equipped with all standard assistive features. It features a shower, toilet, and a
towel warmer.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not permitted. 

The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. A starter set of linens is provided for each person. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any disruptions.

A washing machine, dryer, and sauna are located on the premises and can be used for a fee. Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free underground parking space (maximum clearance height 1.95 m!). From there, you can easily reach your apartment via the elevator!



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
