Welcome to this centrally located one-story home in Tierrasanta, a community of hiking trails surrounded by nature, including nearby Mission Trails Park.

This home is near 3 major freeways (15, 52 & 163) with quick access to San Diego's major attractions.

This is a walkable neighborhood. There is a hiking trail at the end of the street and 111 steps leading straight up to the schoolyard around the corner from the house where many locals exercise. There is a children's park on Robusto Rd. two blocks away from the house.

• Bedroom 3, the primary bedroom, has a queen bed with a soft mattress.
• Bedroom 2 has a twin bed with a firm mattress.
• Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a soft mattress.
• The sunroom has a daybed with 2 twin mattresses. The sunroom gets sun in the morning.

GUEST ACCESS

• There are two parking spaces in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking.
• Guests have access to the entire property except the garage and the small west side yard.
• Please do not turn on the fireplace.
• Please do not climb the slope in the backyard.

HOUSE RULES

Please follow these rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• No wearing shoes in the house. We have a shoe rack for you in the house entryway. However, if you need to wear shoes for foot support, we have shoe covers available that you can put over your shoes so you can wear your shoes in the house.
• No eating/drinking in the carpeted bedrooms. Bottled water is okay in the bedrooms.
• No pets/animals (allergy concerns).
• Do not use the fireplace.
• Do not climb on the backyard slope.
• As a good neighbor, please be courteous and mindful of noise when entering and leaving the property.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8 am.
• No parties or events.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed. Be sure to register all your guests.
• Valid ID may be requested for all guests.
