At the Dreifahnenhaus, enjoy the breathtaking ocean view stretching from the Bavella Mountains across Cala Rossa to the La Chiappa Lighthouse.<br><br>Please also take a look at our listing #46339 in the same building.<br><br>Our vacation home is located 7 km east of the town of Porto-Vecchio, at the end of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. <br><br>The unit measures 90 square meters and consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an entryway, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and 2 covered balconies facing south and northeast, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio all the way to the Bavella Mountains. <br><br>All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and mosquito nets. <br><br>The house has air conditioning in every room, each of which can be controlled separately. <br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and handheld showerhead, sink, bathroom mirror, hair dryer, toilet, heated towel rack, and underfloor heating.<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, DeLonghi coffee maker, and a dishwasher. An electric grill is available for the balcony.<br><br>There are 2 flat-screen TVs (1 in the living room, 1 in the “maritime” bedroom) with satellite connections. The internet features a fiber-optic connection and is available via Wi-Fi throughout the house (up to 400 Mbit/s).<br><br>There is a covered parking space on the property. The house is located in a very quiet area.<br><br>The garden area, as well as an outdoor shower next to the garage, are available for shared use.<br>The property has a land area of 30 a, is fenced, is situated on a hillside, and features two solidly constructed houses. The house is located 50 m above sea level and is 200 m from the Mediterranean Sea as the crow flies. <br>Nearby is the La Chiappa nudist club. It offers numerous activities for athletes, families, and those looking to relax. During the peak season, small shops and restaurants are open there.<br><br>Palombaggia is one of Corsica’s most beautiful beaches and is about 5 km from the house.<br>For all mountain enthusiasts, the Bavella Mountains are located 60 km away. Here you can explore, among other things, a 70-meter-high waterfall and the Col de Bavella Pass at an elevation of 1,218 meters. <br>Bonifacio, the island’s southernmost port city, is 35 km away. Built on limestone, it invites you to stroll through its narrow alleys. On a clear day, you can see the coastline of Sardinia.
