This beautiful vacation apartment (53 square meters) is located right inside a modern hotel complex, giving you the opportunity to use all of the hotel’s amenities (gym, bike rental, hot tub, breakfast service, etc.) for a fee.
From the apartment’s balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the lake, and sometimes you might even spot a pod of porpoises swimming by.
The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom that includes a washer and dryer.
If you don’t feel like cooking, the hotel has a restaurant serving fine dining, and two additional restaurants are within walking distance, located right by the small harbor.
Shopping options are also within walking distance, open 7 days a week.
The area is perfect for fishing. If it’s windy or the sea is rough, you can take a boat (available for rent at the harbor—we’re happy to help and can put you in touch with German and Norwegian rental companies) into a sheltered fjord, where you’ll have no trouble catching mackerel, coalfish, or cod.
The apartment is conveniently located about a 1-hour drive from the Kristiansand ferry terminal. The ferry from Denmark takes 3 hours and 15 minutes. Enjoy a few relaxing days in southern Norway in accommodations that offer the comfort of a hotel and the freedom of an apartment.
