This cozy vacation home is furnished in a country house style. The large windows in the living and sleeping areas, as well as the light-colored walls, create a pleasant living atmosphere.<br><br>The Friesenhaus Dea has 3 bedrooms.<br>1st Floor: Bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, wardrobe<br><br>2nd Floor: Bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, dresser<br><br>First Floor: Bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, wardrobe. <br><br>The bathroom on the first floor features a toilet, a shower/tub combination, a mirrored cabinet, a vanity with drawers, and a hair dryer.<br>The newly renovated bathroom on the upper floor features a toilet, a walk-in shower, a vanity with drawers, and a hair dryer. <br><br>The spacious storage closet in the hallway outside the living area contains a washing machine and a drying rack. <br><br>The open-concept kitchen is located in the light-filled living area. There you’ll find:<br>Dishwasher - Refrigerator with freezer compartment - Microwave - Induction cooktop with oven - Coffee maker <br><br>A seating area with a two-seater sofa and an armchair invites you to relax and unwind in the living area.<br>For your entertainment, you’ll find, for example, a flat-screen satellite/cable TV with a Blu-ray player, as well as a radio/CD player (Bluetooth, DAB...). <br>The decorative country-style living room cabinet contains not only dishes, silverware, and glasses but also a small collection of various card games. <br>Wi-Fi with guest access (web browsing and email) is available to you free of charge.<br><br>From the living area, a double door leads to the sunroom (facing southwest). There is a dining table for 6 people. The sunroom has underfloor heating.<br><br>Adjacent to the sunroom is a charming little garden with lounge chairs.<br><br>There is a sun terrace in front of the entrance. On the garden furniture provided there, you can enjoy the sun on relaxing days and evenings, have a lovely barbecue, or play with your children on the lawn. <br><br>For our younger guests:<br>Travel crib with mattress and fitted sheet – Children’s high chair – <br><br>Surroundings / Leisure Activities:<br>It’s about a 10–15-minute walk to the center of Greetsiel, with its romantic harbor (including East Frisia’s largest fishing boat fleet), its various restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and plenty of shopping options. From there, you can reach the famous twin windmills of Greetsiel and the extensive network of canals—which is perfect for short boat trips—in just a few minutes. Also in the center of Greetsiel is a large children’s playground with an adjacent mini-golf course, a beach volleyball court, and a ping-pong table for sports activities. A small swimming lake and the dike are also within quick and easy walking distance.<br>The famous Pilsum Lighthouse (“Otto” Lighthouse, approx. 4 km) and the Leysiel Lock (approx. 7 km) are perfect for a leisurely short hike or a relaxing bike ride along the dike.<br><br>Please note: <br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price.
