I was born in Mexico and spent some of my early years here before moving to Canada as a young girl. Years later, after meeting my husband, we decided to buy this newly built condo as a way of reconnecting with my roots while creating a home together in Playa del Carmen.

We completely fell in love with the lifestyle, the warm weather, the relaxed pace of life, and being so close to the beach while still enjoying the peace and security of a private community.

One of the things we love most is having the best of both worlds: a nature-filled setting, but still just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and everything Playa has to offer.

We’re really happy to be able to share a part of our home with guests and hope you get to experience the same things we love about being here. We’ve put a lot of care into making the space comfortable and welcoming, and we hope you feel right at home during your stay.

Within close proximity to the community, you’ll find major supermarkets including Chedraui and Walmart, as well as a nearby shopping area with casual dining options, a cinema, and everyday essentials.

For a more local experience, there are also street food vendors and local restaurants just outside the community, offering authentic and affordable dining options.

The property also benefits from direct access to the main highway, making travel to Cancún International Airport simple and providing an excellent base for exploring the Riviera Maya.
