🏡 Building Amenities: • Secured, newly built complex with excellent soundproofing • Two fitness rooms • Large communal outdoor patio with BBQ and dining area • Small kids` play space (perfect for visiting families)
Heads up: The building is near the port, so you might hear some noise from time to time. I’ve lived and worked from home here for over two years and it hasn’t bothered me — but if you`re super sensitive to sound, it’s something to keep in mind. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or want to chat about it!
You’ll have full access to the condo, including a secure underground parking spot. The area is highly walkable (Walk Score 92), and also great for biking, driving, car-sharing, or using public transit. If you need an extra spot, there`s usually plenty of free street parking available nearby.
For convenience, I’ve installed a keyless entry system. You’ll receive a unique code for self check-in and access throughout your stay. A regular key is also available if you prefer.
You’ll also be provided with a building fob, which grants access to: - The main building entrance - Secure underground parkade - Two fitness rooms (located on the 8th floor) - Garbage and recycling room
Please don`t hesitate to reach out during your stay, contact details provided in house manual once you arrive. I work with a property management company to ensure timely support while I’m away.
The condo is located in a safe part of town, and is part of a large building complex with security cameras and a building manager on site.
There are people experiencing homelessness in the downtown eastside, primarily near Main and Hastings St. For ultimate comfort, I`d recommend driving / Uber downtown OR if walking, take Keefer or Pender St. No smoking inside or on patio No parties Fob/keys $200 to replace if lost
