Welcome to the eco-friendly vacation apartments “Am Magnolienbaum” in Kiel-Friedrichsort.
Our two vacation apartments feature walls made of breathable clay plaster or lime-sandstone with eco-friendly paint finishes, as well as tasteful solid-wood furniture, creating a healthy and comfortable living environment.

The bright, non-smoking apartments feature healthy cork flooring and slip-resistant floor tiles. An efficient pellet heating system, solar-powered hot water preheating, resource-conserving rainwater harvesting, and low-radiation electrical wiring round out the overall eco-friendly package.

Both vacation apartments are located in our multigenerational house near Kiel’s largest and most beautiful natural beach. The urban heart of the neighborhood, with its many small specialty shops, is just 500 meters away.

The apartment on the upper floor features a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms—each with a double bed—and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Guests in both apartments have access to a shared washer and dryer. A parking space and a covered bicycle storage area are available directly on the property.
Phone and internet access are available. A grocery delivery service before arrival and a bread roll delivery service are provided upon request.
