Our beautiful farm, surrounded by lush, green meadows, is situated on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope with a magnificent view of the Ruhpolding Mountains. We offer beautiful, comfortable vacation apartments for 2–4 people on a quiet south-facing slope with unobstructed mountain views. A 15-minute walk to the town center. Hiking trails and ski lifts are right nearby. Your benefit: We are a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free activities in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. Free bike rentals and use of public transportation—such as regional buses and the Bayerische Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein—are also available to you. This allows you to experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings. Our vacation cottage is situated in a quiet, idyllic location. Panoramic views of the Ruhpolding mountains. Living/sleeping area, kitchen, dining area, shower/toilet, satellite TV, central heating, and a large terrace. A grill is available.
The countryside around Ruhpolding is very beautiful. There are plenty of opportunities for biking and hiking. Of course, with our Chiemgau Card—which is included in the price—there are plenty of opportunities to use recreational facilities such as Vita-Alpina, the Unternbergbahn, the Hochfellnbahn, museums, and much more for free. You can also take day trips to Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, and Berchtesgaden—they’re not far away.
I’m the farmer’s wife at the Dammerer Hof. Although I grew up in the city, I met my husband here in Ruhpolding. My husband took over the farm from his grandparents; he handles the farming, while I manage the vacation apartments and interact with our guests. I really enjoy doing that.
