Apartment Indira is a one-room apartment on the first floor of a well-maintained former guesthouse on the outskirts of the Leinenborn development. It features a living room and bedroom with a 1.60-meter double bed, a built-in kitchen, a shower/toilet, a balcony, internet access, a Bluetooth music system, and satellite TV. This apartment was completed in February 2019.
Our house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bad Sobernheim, in close proximity to a wide range of recreational activities. Detailed distances and walking times:

2-Bedroom Apartment:

Apartment Indira is a one-room apartment on the first floor of a well-maintained former guesthouse on the edge of the Leinenborn development area. It features a living room and bedroom with a 1.60-meter double bed, a built-in kitchen, shower and toilet, a balcony, internet access, a Bluetooth sound system, and satellite TV. This apartment was completed in February 2019.



On-site costs: 5. Cancellation by the Tenant a) The tenant may cancel the lease agreement prior to the start of the rental period by providing written notice to the landlord. The date on which the landlord receives the notice of cancellation is decisive. b) If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the tenant must pay a lump-sum compensation for expenses already incurred by the landlord and lost profits in the following amounts: Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price (but at least 25 EURO) Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price Thereafter and in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price c) The tenant reserves the right to prove that the landlord has incurred no damage or significantly less damage. d) Upon withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may name a replacement tenant who is willing to assume the existing contractual relationship in the tenant’s place. The landlord may object to the third party’s entry into the contract if the third party appears to be financially or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, that third party and the previous tenant shall be jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rental price and any additional costs incurred as a result of the third party’s entry into the agreement. e) The landlord must, in good faith, rent out the unused accommodation to another party and must allow the savings resulting therefrom to be offset against the cancellation fees claimed by the landlord. The tenant is advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
