C209 is a totally remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a/c. There is a king size bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower only. 
It is the perfect combination of Hawaiian calmness and modern amenities. The living room combines a tropical decor with new electronics. The kitchen has state of the art new appliances and the island gives lots of room for preparing meals.  

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 bbq grills. Tennis & pickleball courts.
FREE parking.
C209 is on the 2nd floor.  NO elevators so you are walking up stairs.

C209 is an oasis to be enjoyed while sipping a glass of wine or enjoying a meal overlooking the lush garden.

This place was amazing for the price! We couldn’t believe it when we checked in. The place itself was clean and well stocked. It’s a great central location if you’re wanting to explore the whole island. Plenty of food places within walking distance or a short drive. The actual area feels pretty quiet but that may have been also because we went in the off season. We loved coming back after driving all day and hanging out in the pool, watching the sunset, and looking out for the turtles that swim up to shore! Would definitely book this place again!

This apartment is very special. The air-conditioners worked well. We were very comfortable even though it was really hot in Kihei that week, as we were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane LaLa. The kitchen was well appointed. New appliances. The sofa was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. The parking is free. The office is staffed all day, so if you have a problem, the staff is there to assist. The walk across the big lawn to the beach is beautiful. Sunsets are right there. The beach is long enough to take a good walk. The surrounding neighborhoods feel very safe. Shopping centers with restaurants and a post office are close by. If you want to sit on the lanai, the furniture is clean and comfy. Check in with Vanessa was easy. I would stay again.

Having traveled extensively and stayed at countless vacation rentals around the world, I've learned that properties rarely live up to their photos and descriptions. This place is the exception — it's actually better than advertised.The unit is freshly remodeled and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. Whether you're cooking a meal or just unwinding after a day at the beach, you'll find the space has been set up with real attention to detail.The host was incredibly responsive from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience seamless.Location-wise, it doesn't get much better: just a 25-minute drive from the airport and a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10-minute drive, so you have convenience without sacrificing tranquility.Whether you're a couple looking for a relaxing getaway or a family needing space and comfort, this place truly checks every box. Highly recommend!

We were really at home here. The kitchen is very up-to-date with new appliances, has a very comfortable sitting area and an easy-to-use TV. The lanai has a great view of the grounds, which are impeccable. The A/C kept it 70 at night and comfortable all day. The beach is accessable about 100 yards behind the compound through a cut grass field, not through another condo complex. Oh and the hosts were great.

Leslie was very prompt in responding to our needs and queries. The properly was equipped with everything we needed for our visit. We loved our stay and the hospitality. The area is amazing just few steps away from beach and a huge park for us to spend quality time with our newborn.

Even with our great rates, we’re near to world famous restaurants, world-class performance venues, and activities. Your condo is only 5 to 10 minutes drive from Hawaii’s best beaches and golf.
