This beautifully designed coastal retreat blends comfort and style, featuring one king bed, two twin beds, and a full sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. From the moment you walk in, the space feels elevated, bright, and thoughtfully curated for a relaxing beach getaway.



Guests are welcomed into an airy foyer that connects each space of the home with an easy, open flow. The kitchen is a true standout, featuring gorgeous granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator, and a stunning shiplap accent wall that adds a modern coastal touch. A large window fills the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. If you prefer to dine out, you will find incredible restaurants nearby, and delivery options like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates make staying in just as convenient.



The open layout between the kitchen and living area creates a spacious feel, enhanced by soaring cathedral ceilings that make the entire space feel light and airy. A large dining table sits between the two areas, offering plenty of seating for everyone to gather, whether for meals, game nights, or simply spending time together.



Just beyond the dining space is the living room, designed for both comfort and style. Two sofas provide plenty of seating, one of which converts into a full size sleeper for additional guests. The seating area is centered around a cozy fireplace with a large flat screen TV mounted above, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. A unique coffee table adds character while giving you a convenient place to set drinks or snacks.



The living area opens to an oversized private balcony, offering a peaceful outdoor extension of the space. Furnished with a dining table for four, it is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, play a game of cards, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine and a coastal breeze.



Back near the entry, guests will find both bedrooms. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a plush king sized bed with built in shelving on either side, perfect for keeping your essentials close. Across from the bed, a dresser with a large wall mounted TV provides additional comfort. A cozy nook with a window and accent chair creates the perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy a quiet moment. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa like experience with a large double vanity, individual mirrors, and plenty of storage. A separate door leads to the toilet and a beautifully tiled walk in shower with a wood look finish, adding both privacy and style.



The second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, featuring two twin beds separated by an end table with a fun lamp. A dresser with a wall mounted TV sits across the room. This bedroom connects to the second bathroom through a small hallway with additional closet space, while also allowing access from the main living area for added convenience. The bathroom features a vanity with storage, a mirror, and a separate space for the shower and tub combination and toilet.



To make your stay as easy as possible, we provide essential toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.



Kingston Plantation is a private, gated community, offering privacy and convenience. Located just south of the North Myrtle Beach border, this resort is steps away from pristine beach access and minutes from top attractions like Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and the North Myrtle Beach Regional Airport. For those seeking more excitement, central Myrtle Beach is only a 20-minute drive away, with popular spots like Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and the iconic Boardwalk and SkyWheel.



In addition to the beach access, guests at Kingston Plantation can enjoy an outdoor pool, situated between the St. James and Gloucester , as well as another pool in between the North Hampton and South Hampton buildings. The resort also offers a variety of dining options, including Coastal Grill, Cafe Amalfi, and Black Drum Brewing, all just moments away. For the ultimate beach experience, you’ll love the short walk to the ocean. Many local beach chair and equipment rental companies are available to enhance your experience. Our guests unfortunately do not have access to the indoor pool in the North Hampton building, or the Splash Pad.



It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
