Our popular vacation rental is located in the idyllic district of Alpendorf, part of St. Johann im Pongau, and lies in the heart of the Salzburg region. It’s just 150 meters to the gondola lift—your gateway to two of Austria’s largest ski areas, Snow Space and Ski Amadé.
In summer, the Geisterberg and Gernkogel are a real draw for active vacationers, families with children, and hikers.

Sleeping:
The penthouse features 4 cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200) and ample storage space, as well as a smart TV. A bunk bed with 2 additional sleeping spots (80x200) is located in bedroom No. 3.

Living & Dining:
The spacious living and dining area has everything you could want, with seating and relaxation space for 10 people and large panoramic windows overlooking the Heukareck. In the media area, you’ll find a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the penthouse.

Kitchen:
The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped. Here you’ll find all the standard appliances you need for your vacation kitchen.

Bathrooms & Sauna:
The vacation rental features 3 well-appointed shower rooms with toilets. You can use the building’s communal sauna for a small fee.

Terrace:
The terrace gets sun all day long and measures 65 m². A large garden table, a lounge area, and sun loungers offer everyone the chance to find their own spot. A charcoal grill is perfect for barbecuing.
