The non-smoking house was completely renovated and furnished with new furniture by 2022. It measures approximately 100 square meters and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

The entire house has vinyl and tile flooring. Additionally, all windows are equipped with electric exterior roller shutters for blackout and insect screens. The 10-square-meter balcony in the living area and the 10-square-meter terrace in the basement face south.

The house is located in a very quiet area right on Eulenspiegeler Pond in the Zellerfeld neighborhood. The spa park (400 m), the Robinson playground (600 m), St. Salvatoris Church (650 m), the bus station (1 km), and the center of Clausthal (2 km) are all within walking distance.

The spacious living area invites you to relax with its large sleeper sofa (1.2 x 2.0 m), flat-screen TV with satellite connection, desk with LAN – port, and a lamp (with built-in wireless charging station and USB port), a beanbag chair, and a great view of the Eulenspiegler Pond—all designed to help you feel right at home. With the new balcony (10 sqm), you can now enjoy the unobstructed view.

The open kitchen, featuring a large dining table, is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen is also equipped with various spices, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, etc.

The first bedroom features a large double bed (2.0 x 2.0 m), a wardrobe, and nightstands with bedside lamps (including a built-in wireless charging station for cell phones).

The second bedroom has a single bed that can be extended to 1.6 x 2.0 meters. The room also features a dresser with a built-in desk.

The large, modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, sink, and towel warmer. There is also a modern guest restroom in the house.

The basement has a washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use free of charge.

A large garage and a hillside garden are also available for your use during your stay. You’ll also find made-up beds, hand and bath towels, dish towels, and toilet paper.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
