Exclusive vacation apartment for up to 6 people near the beach and marina

This 75 m² vacation rental near the beach is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. Private parking is available right at the property.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine level and features three separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a cozy living and dining area.

The furnished terrace is right outside the front door, just a few steps away, and features a grill and a garden shed. Handcarts are available to our guests free of charge, subject to availability.

Guests are welcome to use the sauna in the Solaris apartment building. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair free of charge.

You are welcome to bring your dog to this apartment.

Living at “Königshöhe” is a delight—the vacation apartments are located in Haffkamp near the marina, within walking distance of the beach and the promenade. Each apartment has a balcony or its own terrace. A parking space in front of the building is reserved for you.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.

You can relax wonderfully in the spacious guest garden, which features a grill, a garden shed with a TV, and a trampoline.
Handcarts are available subject to availability. You’re welcome to rent bicycles from the bike rental service at Haus Solaris for a small fee. Please contact the bike rental service directly: Thorsten Giersch, 0170-7852766. For bikes you bring with you, there is a shared storage room in the basement.

We provide a crib and high chair free of charge upon request.

The sauna in the Solaris apartment building is available for our guests to use.
